Room comfortable when heating repaired. Could have taken DVD`s if know tv had player. Breakfasts could have been better. Overpriced for a B & B. (107420347)

Room nicely decorated, and good size. Bed very comfortable.

Had to wait 45 minutes before we got shown to room, which was in a different location from what we had booked.Heating did not work on arrival and first night. Rain battered off roof velux windows, which did not make it easy to sleep through.TV remote did not work.Breakfast served in room - only cornflakes for cereal, no chance to ask for more tea, coffee, or toast.

the reason for choosing Dunlay was due to the fact they were dog friendly. room was to the side of house with access to court yard,great for mutt and his nightly outing. the friendly welcome, lovely room and well presented breakfast were added bonus to our pleasant short stay. picture of house does not do it justice. Seperate from house

owner was not there when we arrived and we had to get neighbour to phone her. she arrived 15 mins later and said WE should have told her our time of arrival. This was my first experience of this in over 20 years-I was not pleased.
