Child Policy:

All children are welcome. All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years are charged EUR 4.00 per night and person for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Important Information about House Berlin Apartments

Cash only on arrival. Check-in is always at the address of the booked apartment between 14:00 and 21:30. Other times are possible by arrangement (for arrivals after 21:30, there will be an extra charge of EUR 20). Check-in before 14:00 is only possible if the previous client has departed before 11:00.

As we do not have a 24-hour reception, we kindly ask that guests call our duty mobile number at least an hour before arrival, so we can arrange to meet them at the apartment.

The end cleaning charge (EUR 20) is not included in the total price.
