In addition to the facilities already mentioned, this rate also includes car hire for the length of the stay. The type of car is restricted to a three-door hatchback (usually a Hyundai Atos, Kia Picanto, or similar model) and the package includes fully-comprehensive insurance (excess of EUR 350, or EUR 6 per day charge). Petrol is not included and a EUR 60 is required. Identification (DNI or passport), a credit card (not Amex) and a valid driver’s license must be provided. A complimentary bus service runs regularly between the airport and the Helle Hollis Rent a Car office. All guests should contact the hotel directly to advise of their anticipated arrival time at the airport. Contact details will appear on the Booking Confirmation issued by this site.
