it was clean and tidy with a lift and good bar

the keycards didnt work several times and i had to go to reception to get it rekeyed

Close to the see, close to the town, very nice architecture

there are no balkons, so we coud'n smoke in the room not enough tables for smokers in the restaurant (outside)

The only problem I encountered was with the booking process. There was a fault within the software/website & I was unable to complete the booking online. However, I spoke to Customer Services at Active Hotels via freephone & they were able to complete the booking to my satisfaction. I would like to pass on my appreciation to Active Hotels...they were very efficient & pleasant over the phone. (99654591)
