The hotel was fine, especially the decor, the staff were good, the restaurant and food were good and there was a fabulous view of the city. The hotel needs to cancel the arrangement with the airporter transport firm. Their service was totally shocking- we were dumped by the driver in the main street of Madrid and had to continue by taxi (97233372)

The second bedroom was fine

The initial bedroom was in the basement and disappointing as the hotel was full on our arrival. The TV reception was poor in both rooms. We did not like the homeless people sleeping outside the hotel and the noise they made(but the hotel could not be responsible for this)
