hotel staff informed us on check in,that people booking through this web site are given the poorest located room on the property,i.e view of car park,beside lift,beside stairway,dark room,and would you like the upgrade!!!!,which we did take and had a very good room (99159441)

junior suites have fantastic sea views,activities organised by hotel are very good,excellent location near airport and los americas,but not too near.hotel has large grounds lots of space,entertainment is very good.from hotel you can walk for miles along a promenade.prices in hotel very reasonable.staff very helpfull.

Relaxed atmosphere, casual dining times. Good varity of menue,Friendly, helpful staff in dining room and at reception desk. Lovely pool and pool area. Good supply of towels. Easy access to sea front. Lovely quiet area. No disturbing noise during night. Good lift system (99628279)

Large room, comfortable beds,hot water,clean, nice balcony, adequate furniture, good tv, good safe

No extractor fan in bathroom. Rather restricted clothes storage space. few drawers and difficulty accessing them because of the sliding door system

Fantastic hotel-cannot fault accomadation and found staff to be generally helpful and friendly. Food excellent and varied. Plenty of activities on offer. Kids mini club very good and although there were very few english speaking children attending the club the staff went out of their way to make sure my children felt included. The only thing we felt was lacking was the evening entertainment which was mainly done in house and although the staff threw themselves in whole heartedly the shows were often poor. (99758475)
