Hôtel Charmant, le personnel est très gentil, la chambre était spacieuse

Le service housekeeping est totalement débordé et incompétent (bien que très gentil). Le sol de la chambre n'était pas fait tous les jours et il fallait réclamer, le mini bar pas rechargé les serviettes changées tous les jours en dépit d'un note d'information pour la clientèle proposant de ne changer que les serviettes déposées par terre.

Comfortable bed. Excellent shower

Room quite hot and the air-conditioning didn't work properly. The room very noisy til 5 in the morning on a Friday night. Not possible to have window open because of proximity to the street.

Generally i enjoyed my stay, the hotel is in a great location and it's very clean. Felt the reception staff and breakfast staff unhelpful (99724872)

I liked the room and the breakfast.

I thought the receptionist were unhelpful and not friendly at all, the breakfast staff were the same. felt as if they just couldn't be bothered helping you.

Location, excellent location very central

The room was fine, except for the fact you could see through the bathroom door so with a group of friends there was no privacy. Lack of a hotel bar and resteraunt was also disapointing.
