Clean room, very curtious staff, centrally located

Room rate was a little expensive for a four star hotel. Would have liked at least one English International news channel on the television. Lobby furniture needs to be upgraded.

Good location close to the Cathedral and the gothic quarter. pleasant stay and a good buffet breakfast. On a busy road but relatively quiet at night. Kept awake one night by the heating/air con system in the corridor...resolved by turning it off. (99653004)

Conveniently located in the centre. Although the room was a little bit small, it was a pleasant stay with 2 good firm beds(personally I prefer 1 double bed though). A bottle of Cava and fruits service made it special. Good breakfast too. (99276252)

Good bed, good service, nice coffee

I tried to use the Jacuzzi bath in our bathroom but there were full of filthy dirts coming out from the nozzles. I gave up using it and just filled up the bath with hot water again but there were still filthy dirts came off from the nozzles. Also, there were bath amenities for 1 person instead of 2 people so had to ask 1 more shampoo and toothbrush. Being a 4 stars hotel, they should set things properly.

I believe the hotel was an excellent value with a great location. As a bonus, my room had a view of the Roman wall that is part of the original foundation of the city wall of old Barcelona. (99027559)

The room was nicely furnished. The location was perfect for touring Barcelona. Located in the Barri Gothic, restaurants, clubs, museums and historical sites were immediately available right outside the fromnt door.
