A surprisingly great value, and well run High Tech Hotel. It is perfectly located a block from the train station at the edge of Old Town and in easy walking distance from Guggenheim and Bellas Artes along the pleasant river. I recommend you upgrade to an exterior room. (107286772)

Location was good, close to car parks and Casco Viejo. Room was quiet.

Furniture looked somewhat shabby, shower didn't drain efficiently so grouting manky, looked like the room upstairs had the same problem as there were stains on our ceiling.

They did everything right for me. And as far as the price/sq. footage ratio for the room, it was very reasonable. I will go back to this place again. My only comment is that it's very far from the main bus station. But, you're right on the edge of Casco Viejo. The bus station only works if one is to do a lot of day trips around Bilbao. (97880520)

We had a very pleasant time in Bilbao. The hotel is very conveniently located for excursions around the city by foot or public transport. Bus/Tram/Underground stations are all very close. We didn't try the breakfast, which is 12 Euros, because there are many bars around that do coffee and pinxos in the morning, too. (99778122)

Very nice, stylish room. The bathroom featured a fancy massage shower. Free internet!

At arrival, we had to wait a few minutes at the checkin counter while the receptionist was taking phone calls. A manager was standing next to her for quite a while before he decided to help her out.
