We thought hte hotel was excellant,and we will certainly go again,hopefully in a few weeks.The location of the hotel was really central and very very clean. The reception staff were very helpful. In fact we will recommend the Hotel to our friends and family. Thank you once again for a very enjoyable weekend. Eileen Bancroft

Would definitely consider using this hotel again, but would be anxious if we had one of the rooms in the middle of the hotel with one small window giving onto an internal light well, completely overlooked. Excellent central location on the Ramblas. (97721224)

Upgrade to superior was given free of charge, as no standard rooms were available by the time we arrived late in the evening. Spacious room, efficient air-con and excellent double glazing to the balcony doors which was efficient in keeping out the noise of the Ramblas.

Only paid for breakfast on one morning. Very disappointing. Little choice and no cooked options.

The staff was courteous and pleasant and that is much appreciated. It was just the noise level that was ruinous to the experience. I would have chosen a hotel in a quieter area. (97212799)

Our room was on an alley and the noise never stopped..never. The door to the patio did not completely lock.

i would go back if the rooms improved and did not have the laundery room overlooking from our window and the cleaners were not so noisy and you had a bar (97782068)

Clean modern bathroom with excellent shower. Bedroom a good size with balcony overlooking Las Ramblas was very nice.

Did not like the black painted ceiling and walls behind the bed head. Breakfast was pretty good but the bread rolls were hard and there was no hot food ie. scrambled eggs & bacon.

nice location, personnel was pretty friendly

sewer smell in bathroom was unpleasant, anyway the cleaning staff tried at least to do something with it.

The hotel is ideally located at la Ramlas. The hotel is in the process of beeing renovated and if I would go there again, then only in one of the new rooms.

The room was very old and the bath room smelled terribly of canalisation and toilet water, even though that the room was clean. The beds could actually not be called bed as they looked like a bed in a jail cell.
