Location, quallity of beds, nice leasure facilities.

Toaster at breakfast was broken, teh staff where aware but never replaced it.

Although a business-type hotel, it has a relaxed atmosphere and we really enjoyed staying here. (97459935)

Staff were excellent on arrival and gave us good information about the hotel and what to see. Breakfast was absolutely brilliant and served till late. However, we sometimes had to wait for a table as dining room didn't seem to be big enough to cater for the number of guests wanting breakfast at the same time.

Noisy fan in bathroom which wouldn't shut off. To be fair to the hotel they did offer to come and fix it but we got used to it after a while.

Friendly staff, good customer service, relaxing hotel, nearby tram 13, and walking distance to city center if you wanted some exercise-2025 minutes walk to the city center.

Clean, friendly staff

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt hochzufrieden. Man weiss nicht, was man mehr loben soll : die schoene und zugleich guenstige Lage (Rynek nur drei Strassenbahnhaltestellen, Wawel zu Fuss zu erreichen), die ueberaus geschmackvoll gestaltete Eingangshalle, das sehr wohlerzogene und zugleich ueberaus hilfsbereite Personal, die schoenen Zimmer oder das ausgezeichnete Fruehstueck. Bei Buchung im Internet ausgesprochen gutes Preis/Leistungsverhaeltnis. (99282254)

Preise im hoteleigenen Restaurant sind relativ hoch. Die Einzelbetten sind mit einer Breite von nur 80 cm etwas schmsal geraten. Wer ueber 185 cm gross ist, koennte Probleme bekommen.

Very clean and felt very safe

This hotel only opened in August 2006 and was thus modern with very good facilities and very well maintained. The self-service breakfast was excellent. Our room overlooked the river and, although not huge, was extremely comfortable with a queen size bed. We also made use of the small gym and pool. (99179488)

Comfortable, sparkling clean and quiet.

It was a bit further from the main square than I had anticipated (approx 25 mins walk).
