La cabina doccia allagava tutta la stanza da bagno, la porta del bagno non chiudeva, le lenzuola avevano dei buchi e non sono state sostituite per tutta la durata del soggiorno, il mobilio della camera era sommariamente restaurato.

barman on sunday 18th just left a bar full of people without saying it was closing or calling for last orders. That is not acceptable Needs tea/coffee making facilities in room/lobby. needs lockable baggage room

If you want a clean, friendly, comfortable and well-located hotel in Palermo, this is a great choice. Secure parking is next door (extra charge) if you are daft enough to drive (I was) and you can walk to all the main sights and restaurants. Breakfasts are excellent and the service is spot on. We booked a superior room which we found worthwhile for the extra space and a corner position. We would stay again without hesitation. (97044031)
