very friendly staff, included breakfast and rooms were clean and adequate. Balcony was bonus. Also late check in at 11pm was really appreciated - thank you.

Almost nothing. Only thing I would suggest would be serving fruit or yoghurt for woman who are watching their weight and prefer something light.

The attention of the staff, specially the person who prepare the breakfast and the excellent communication with buses, train station, very close of internet shop, hair dresser, Venezia Island,etc.

Easy to access Venice by bus number 7 (10 minutes to go / return). Close to the comercial area and train station (3 blocks). Clean and with good breakfast. The staff was supportive. Is a very good option for accomodation and I recomend. (99287277)
