Hotel had good facilities, very clean generally. Good airconditioning in room made it very comfortable. Good breakfast every morning. Room recently updated excellent facilities. Efficient and easy to use lift to all floors.

Bed linen only changed once on 5 night stay. Coffee & Tea making facility good, but a little sparing with the coffe & tea sachets and the milk. Had to keep asking for more to enable us to have a drink last thing at night and also in the morning

Our rooms were larger than expected; clean; good air conditioning. Generous breakfast and nice wine bar. The entire staff made our visit most enjoyable including arranging taxis back to the train station for all 5 of us and lots of luggage. Wonderful hotel & would stay here again on a future visit. This hotel was very comfortable and clean and in easy reach of the main sites either on foot or by bus or tube. The staff were extremely efficient and friendly. I believe some of the rooms can be quite noisy due to road traffic which is often the case with city hotels, but our room was at the back of the hotel and very quiet. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and believe it represented reasonable value for money. (99243110)

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was spotlessly clean with towels, bedding etc changed daily. Breakfast was very good with a good selection.

It would have been nice if the hotel had a restaurant on site but there were plenty of places to eat in the near vicinity.

Good. Clean hotel, good size room for a central european city. friend;y staff. although good location for tourist sites - would be concerned about walking around late at night. Only gripe was the quality of the breakfast. (99669704)
