Great room, friendly staff, great breakfast, housekeeping service was quick and excellent.

Sign on the door was very small, a little bit difficult to notice. Air condition was confusing. Building front door was dragging, but was repaired before we left.

Great location for seeing the whole city. Close to waterbus stops and within walking distance of the train station and major attractions if you dont mind hauling your cases over what seems like millions of pretty little bridges. Id go back!! (99340725)

We were placed in an annex aprox 500 yards away from the hotel above a busy and noisey street which directly overlooked a resteraunt. We saw no one other than the woman who came to make breakfast in the morning. We had a noisy group of women in the room next door to our room which just exasperated the problems.There was no staff in the building to complain to at the time. From what we saw of the real hotel it looked very nice so I would reccomend it but if Booking at this hotel make sure you state that you do not wish to proceed if you are placed in the annex (99703141)
