I think that the hotel relies on the fact in has a pool to promote itself as a 3 star. It was good value for money and the staff were very friendly however I couldn't get over the feeling of 'dirtiness' and 'dampness' that was present in the hotel. It was not unclean, just not very 'fresh.' The hotel lobby that greets you is very drab and depressing looking. (97166367)

positive comments Good value for money. The freindliness of the staff.
negative comments The 'feeling' of the hotel, the 'drabness' and smell of the rooms and coridoors.

THE STAFF WERE EXCELLENT. ESPECIALLY A YOUNG MAN NAMED LEONARDO WHO WAS VERY SENSITIVE TO MY NEEDING A SHUTTLE SERVICE AND CAME IN VERY EARLY TO TAKE ME TO THE AIRPORT. THIS WAS LOVELY OF HIM. THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF! (99160814)

The hotel was of a good standard, clean and pleasant. It was like an oasis in a down at heel area. Although the website gave us directions in English, it was difficult to understand, and it took us an hour to find late at night. We would obviously have liked better instructions. When we did find it, the staff were very pleasant and made us feel welcome. We would stay there again if we had an overnight stay near the airport. We would not, though, choose to stay there on holiday. (99090750)

positive comments The staff were very helpful and friendly. We arrived late, after the kitchen had closed down, but staff still arranged some sandwiches and a very tasty bottle of wine for us.
negative comments Finding it. Hidden away on an industrial estate down a dark lane
