Very good, clean, comfortable hotel. Good location for explore region. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Good location for the railway station and VERY CHEAP shopping in the adjacent market stalls. 15 minute walk to main internatonal stores and to ferry points to go to Capri (45 minutes), Serento (30 minutes), etc. (99288852)

Having searched and and searched on the internet for a nice looking hotel, I was very pleased with the rooms at Hotel Clarean; they were even nicer than in the pictures. The staff were friendly and spoke English. Piazza Garibaldi is very well situated for transport links (we visited Pompei which was fabulous) and is within easy walking distance of bars and restaurants and culture, but was otherwise pretty awful - dirty and smelly and not advisable for women travelling alone. But the hotel was an oasis and we very much enjoyed our stay. (99534890)
