Hotel Galeno

Although the front desk and breakfast service were good and reasonable for the price the bedroom and bathroom were terrible: not clean at all, extremally small and the worst thing is that i coudn't sleep at night because i could hear EVERYTHING in the rooms beside mine and in the morning when they start to prepare the breakfast is quite noisy too. Another desgasting issue was that the taxi company that was called by the hotel.... the taxi driver simply tryed to charge me 3 times more than i payed before to go Termini station. Overall it was a very bad experience!! (99428820)

As stated above the room was small but even if this had been known before booking we would still have gone ahead and booked. The hotel is in a very nice location, is clean and provides an adequate continental breakfast. We would stay there again. (99901224)

Location is handy to bus and also top quality Pizzeria

Our room was a little on the small side. Not much space to move about.
