Well positioned, close to La Fenice theatre, and to St Marks. Good area, unlike the tattier Rialto area. Room, on ground floor overlooked a canal, was more of a bed-sit arrangement - very convenient. Breakfast was fine - happy to provide italian style coffee, rather than filter, if you asked for it. Very pleasant and helpful staff

The view of the canal would have been a real feature of the room, if it hadn't been for the scaffolding and plastic sheeting in between. But that is life!

Very good, quiet location, not only for main attractions but also for reaching other areas. Warm welcome and every assistance offered by the staff. Good quality continental breakfast. Apart from the minor inconvenience of an under powered hair dryer the hotel formed the basis of a very enjoyable stay. (99967770)
