Hotel has shuttle to pick people up. They sent the shuttle to get us at the train station, but we never found it and had to take a taxi. They compensated by giving us the shuttle free to the airport the next day. We also had to leave so early for our flight that we were going to miss the breakfast. They had breakfast all bagged up for all of us in the morning. Nice and accomodating staff!

The layout of the hotel is a little strange. Besides that, everything was great.

Excellent location for Ciampino airport , ring road and motorway to the South. Clean, spacious room, easy parking and very good restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful

Only bad point was the inclusive breakfast coffee. The coffee obtained from the bar was the real thing!!

The room was spacious and the restaurant in the hotel is delicious.

The bathroom was a little too small. The bed was horrible! My boyfriend and I woke up the next morning with every muscle in our body incredibly sore, as if we had been beaten up the night before. The room quality did not amount up to it's high price.

Our first room had a blocked sink, but after bringing this to the attention of the reception we were moved and upgraded to a better room. The upgraded room was of a high standard the stanard rooms were not of a high standard. The hotel (more like a motel) was very convenient for the airport and for the train in to Rome. Some of the rooms were a long walk from reception. Car parking was good and secure. there is a shuttle bus (extra cost, but worth it) to the airport or train station. We enjoyed our time at this hotel and would definately use it again as a stop off if we were needing one near Ciampino airport. If they had had a small playground or something for children, which would be more than easy given the size of the grounds, then this would have made the stay even better. (46483333)

The friendliness of staff - the hotel restaurant is also excellent and good value for money.

Very limited facilities and a bit out of the way with nothing nearby although the local public transport is good.

Good for overnight stop. Hotel is right next to airport but we were not unduly bothered by aircraft noise. Restaurant facilities are important as we drove into Ciampino itself for an evening meal and did not find anywhere suitable to eat (mainly cafes selling ice cream and pastries. (99287069)

I'd say the hotel serves a purpose for tranist visitors, and based on it's locaiton and price serves it well. Whilst I would consider using it again for this purpose I certainly wouldn't choose to stay there for anything other than one night. (99767377)

Close to both the airport (Rome Ciampino) and Rome city centre, the latter being accessed by pretty much one straight road.

On the Saturday night we were there the restuarant was holding what would be best described as a dinner dance,and based on the familiarity of the waiters with the attending Italian guests I'd say this is a regular event. The problem being that the music was simply too loud to simply enjpoy a meal.

The hotel is very much adjacent to Champino Airport in Rome. It was very handy to get to, however with Ceramic Tiles on all the corridors I found it impossible to sleep. Adequate for our purpose. (99577324)

Disturbance by other guests staying in rooms close to ours who were banging doors and shouting for long periods in the early hours of the morning, room was too far from reception desk for management to be aware. Shower head was broken and room was too hot

We stayed in a family room which had peeling paint in several areas. The bathroom looked very tired and uninviting which was not helped by the clump of long hair found in the shower tray. The hotel was single storey with very long corridors which would not have been a problem if it had carpeted rather than a tiled floor.Footsteps were very long in arriving and passing. Not a quiet hotel and we were glad it was just a one night stay prior to flying home from Ciampino.The taxi found the hotel difficult to find.Having the hotels phone number as well as address on the booking confirmation would have been helpful.
