We had an excellent time at this hotel. It had everything we were expecting from the information available on the website. Maintenance needs to be more thorough as some things in the room and lobby weren't working properly, but were fixed when the problem was raised. Staff was helpfull and the buffet breakfast was good with the variety expected at an hotel of this level. (99373737)
The room, hotel installations and breakfast
The location is not the nicest area of Florence, but very convenient if you're taking the train and very close to the city centre.
