Short and easy trip to centrum, nice price, good breakfast.

In check-in we told about our problems with the ordered taxi which never arrived on the airport. Our problems as guests did not at all seem to be important.

The friendly staff and service received, quality of room, excellent breakfast, and close proximity to city centre.

The hotel was everything that was advertised but we could not park our car because this was not pre-booked. Fortunately the staff gave us the details of a nearby hotel where they could offer security parking. (97331799)

Noise from the trams during the night.

The location is great for tram service but very noisy to front rooms that face street making warm weather stays even more noisy due to open windows required. Upon stopping at the Xmas prior to this summer, and in the main hotel with a good sized room we gave this a 10/10 rating, and were therefore a little disappointed this time. (99224540)
