The hotel has no sign, so it can be difficult to locate. Bathroom floor was broken, ventilation only works when keykard is inserted into slot in the room, so any wet clothes will not dry. no airconditioning and it was a hot period so windows had to be kept open and street noise disturbed sleep. 5 eur per night for internet is too expensive. Also laundry services were priced high.

Nice hotel, comfortable room but was nightmare to find cause hotelname is only displayed on the door bell !! Good value for money. (99534586)

Generally a pleasant experience, and not much wrong with the hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly. I campaign for all hotels to have in-room coffee/tea facilities - this one doesn't. Fair value for money - could have better selection for breakfast, but what was available was fresh and tasty (continental only). The area around the hotel is quite run-down - I think its safer than it looks and is being developed in places. About 15-20 mins walk to the Old Town. Caution: I had an early flight on the morning of departure so checked out the night before. After a LONG time trying, the clerk gave up on their debit/credit card technology - and gave me directions to the nearest cash machine! If this had been next morning, or if I didn't have a bank card I could use in Prague, we may have had quite an interesting scenario! (99960687)

Good size of bedroom, and bright. Cleanliness good in the important places (could pay more attention to corners, etc). Staff friendly and helpful.

Sitting room in suite is pretty inadequate. It would need more space, a TV and coffee-making facilities. Existing set-up is like sitting on a soft seat in your kitchen facing the corner behind the door!
