The staff spoke english and was very helpful. The location is close to shopping but about a mile from the main tourist attractions.

The apartments are over two bars that kept us awake at night until 3 am. The air-conditioning is an extra 8 euros a night.

Excellent service, excellent position in centre, excellent value for money. Vaci Utca apartment quiet at night, Veres Palne Utca apartment noisy (next to pub). No aircon and mosquitos drawback in hot weather. (97235572)

E-mail & text before flew out, so had number to contact on arrival. This was very helpful since we couldn't find the correct entry door, and what could have been a problem was quickly and easily fixed with a quick phonecall. Support was on call during weekend, our luggage was stored for us since we arrived earlier than checkin and left later than check out, and the office even sorted us a taxi back to the airport on the Monday. Have had much poorer service in 4 star hotels.

No air con in hindsight was a mistake, since had to leave windows open because room got so hot, and mosquitos had a field day.

Very spacious, immacculately clean, check-in was excellent, really enhanced the enjoyment of the weekend in Budapest

Only complaint was the loud neighbours who were staying in two of the other apartments and yelling between them in the early hours of the morning!
