excellent eating facilities and friendly, helpful staff (107209872)
*the on site restaurant served an excellent and reasonably priced meal
* the continental breakfast was very good
* staff could not have been more polite or helpful
*no tea and coffee making facilities in the single room
*proximity to noisy road
* slight smell of drains
