Hotel Max

The room was small and there was confusion about my reservation when I checked in. For some reason, there were two separate reservations under my name. The management suggested that if they didn't sell the room I didn't need (I only needed one room), that they might charge me for the other. I felt they handled the check in very badly. That said, when I checked out the next day, they didn't charge me for the other room. I asked as well to borrow an iron to use in my room. The iron they gave me was cracked and water leaked through, nearly scalding me. Also, while I finally got the iron to work adequately, the staff did not provide an ironing board, so I ended up ironing on the wooden table used for my luggage. I covered the table with a towel.
