Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, location very central yet quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Not sure the glasses by the sink were cleaned particularly well.

In general the hotel was fine for our short sight seeing tour around the area of Bonn and value for money was okay however we have stayed in a more upgraded hotel in Bonn for the same or less money in the past. Should anyone find themselves visiting Bonn during poor weather or wishing to just come back to the hotel early each day after sight seeing then this hotel would not be suitable as it has no lounge area for the hotel clients. Helpful & Friendly Staff Clean Hotel

Having Booked online and given my visa details I assumed the Hotel had been paid for prior to our arrival however on checking out I found out this was not the case. The lady on reception mentioned that we were not the first clients to ask why having given visa card details on the online booking, the charges had not been taken out there and then. This did not cause a problem paying at the end but it could catch out someone in the future should they have spent up to the limit of their card during the stay.It was also the first hotel we have stayed in, in Germany where we were asked to pay for parking our vehicle overnight. There may be other hotels who do likewise in Germany but as mentioned this was the first we have come across.
