the woman at the reception is very rude. She gave me the key at 13.50, telling me that the room was ready. I went there, had a short nap in the room, went into the bathroom. The mail tried to come inside the room and I need to dry myself. She told me that she needed to change the bedding and the towels. That is disgusting. I have been sleeping in a bed with the bedsheets used by somebody else and then use towels already used. I will ask for a chargeback from American Express

Das man nicht ständig von Personal gestört wurde, und somit den Aufenthalt in ruhe genießen konnte.
