Novotel Freiburg am Konzerthaus

I was very impressed with the hotel for the money (less than 60 euros). Even though parking was a further 10, it was very secure and in an underground car park. It is less than 5 minutes to walk into the city centre and easy to reach by car. (107229306)

internet kiosk at reception not working and staff not bothered about fixing it inspite of repeated feedback. room has "air-cooling" button but that does not work and staff not clear on what its for. rooms can be hot in the summer.

Very comfortable and clean hotel with good facilities, great staff and very central location.

My husband booked the room and gave me a confirmation # that I used at the time of check in. All went very smoothly and we were very pleased. Location of hotel was also ideal and the booking helped us find a hotel that was located to nearby sites we wanted to visit. (97724060)

My stay was good, I was concerned being so near the train station it would be loud, but it wasnt.I also did not realise we would be so central which was great. I usually stay in the Marriott,when I travel, and pay marginally more, but you get a lot more free little extras for example, piece of fruit in the room, free water, dressing gown and slippers, and safe, and a better stocked minibar.I was fairly happy though.The staff really were exceptionally helpful. No coffee making facilities,solarium out of order.No little extras like complimentary bottle of water for example.Hardly any towels in room,had to ask for extra,two girls need two towels each.No safe in room.Only 1 pillow per person.1 internet,could never get on it,always kids on it.
