The professional and friendly approach of the entire staff was refreshing - from the front desk, cafe and restaurant and the cleaning staff. They were helpful at all times and made my visit enjoyable without being harassing or overbearing. It was as though I was the only guest in this busy establishment. (99931043)

The accommodation was exactly what I wanted - safe, clean, quiet, warm, with good amenities. There was a small bar with a nice atmosphere and the restaurant was to an excellent standard. Eating outside in the garden during the summer would be most pleasant (or on the private balconies which adjoin some of the rooms).

No independent ironing facilities in the room which would be helpful for long distance travllers.

The door layout of toilet/bathroom is not practical.
