Clean room, facilities, responsive staff.

Shared bathroom. Payment in advance by cash (although due to objective reasons).

Be aware that the hotel ask for payment on arrival. When the beds rolled apart (which often happened) the amount of dirt on the floor was disgusting. It looked as if the room hadn't been cleaned properly in months. Due to the dirt and beds, we decided to go to another hotel for our second night. We were told we would not recieve our money back, so we had no choice but to stay. We were informed that staff had been directed by management not to give any refunds under any conditions. A waste of money. I would have had a cleaner and more enjoyable stay in a back packers. I will never stay here again! (97415439)

The staff were generally okay and helpful. The breakfast spread was nice.

No value for money. There wasn't even any soap in the bathroom. The room was very unclean. Their were no bins in the room.
