very friendly and accomodating staff. The breakfast was filling, if not a bit meat and cheese friendly. But, overall very clean and welcoming -- Fantastic location as well.

Had a very strange toilet, but, other than that, no problems.

Wonderful place for young families. New owner this trip (from 4 1-2 yrs before), and what a great guy! Funny, welcoming, and very proud of his hotel. We have made trips to this hotel every trip to Rothenburg. Inside the wall, next to a great Italian restaurant (when you don't want to eat German), clean, great atmosphere, and reasonably-priced! Owner is great cook, too!
