The location is very good. The facilities are plain but adequate. It is quiet. I did not find the staff friendly or helpful. So, if you know your around Munich already and want a simple place that is convenient to the train station, other public transportation, and the major city tour companies, this is a good place to stay. If you want a more personal touch, don't stay here. The breakfast was ok but plain. (99690724)
It was in a great location. Contrary to the web site statement that the hotel provides a family atmosphere, the staff is not at all friendly or helpful. They would not provide directions to places even nearby. They would not recommend places to eat. They would not provide wake up calls. They would not provide an early breakfast.No overall comment. Très bien situé. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Staff très sympathique. Les toilettes n'étaient pas très bien entretenues.The hotel was in a very convenient location, central and very near the train station. The staff were welcoming and helpful. There are very few facilities at the hotel but plenty of places very close to the hotel to eat. The only down side was the mold on the tiles in the bathroom. (99379318)
