This hotel does not warrant a 3 star rating and, although most hotels in Bonn are expensive and poor value for money compared to Koln, Berlin or Koblenz etc this one gave the impression of being a little like a student residence. One of our rooms had a wall suffering evidence of damp (mould) and the other smelt musty. The bathroom fittings looked dated and could have done with a deep clean. The bedding and towels were, however, fresh and clean and the staff were excellent. The breakfast was well organised and presented. (99482578)

OK, I like presonnel in the berakfast room, the desktop. I do not know why cleaning lady does not reply when one says Hello or Good Day. However, the personnel is very helpful, excellent indeed. (99779029)
