Your rooms are quiet, clean, and nicely furnished. They offer everything I need, and the price level is very reasonable. And very important: Your personnel is very friendly, correct, and relaxed. The atmosphere is just fine.
I disliked nothing at all. Just one remark which is NOT a complaint, only a recommandation. Please run a check or some maintenance on your hot water system - the hot water-flow rate through the shower was a little on the slow side. Nothing serious, however.

Great location, very near train and tube stations and tram stops. Main shopping area (Zeil) close by. Very helpful staff. Clean, modern room. (97674987)
Friendly staff.Very clean. Ideal location. Tea/coffee making facilities in room would have been nice but at the price can`t realy complain.

comfortable bed and the cleanliness room size was too small and facing on to a busy and noisy main road,
because of the heat in the room you need your window open through the night
