I find that the people who make these reservations are too inaccessible and don't respond well to requests and changes. I would have been far happier to discuss my needs directly with the hotel but was disappointed when you did not answer any of my emails. This was not good. Generally your staff is excellent and were very nice to me fromm housekeeping to front desk. A variety of breads would have been nice for breakfast instead of the same three breads everyday and the same flavor of jam. I was very satisfied and would come to stay again in a larger room. A pleasant stay, although not getting a hot water thermos flask in the room was rather disconcertingly different from service we have become accustomed to receiving even at 2 star hotels in other countries. We had only a 200ml container, and had to personally go down 6 floors everytime we needed hot water.Wished they had a flask for us to borrow during our stay. (97836071)
