Hotel Trianon Rive Gauche

I find that the people who make these reservations are too inaccessible and don't respond well to requests and changes. I would have been far happier to discuss my needs directly with the hotel but was disappointed when you did not answer any of my emails. This was not good. Generally your staff is excellent and were very nice to me fromm housekeeping to front desk. A variety of breads would have been nice for breakfast instead of the same three breads everyday and the same flavor of jam. I was very satisfied and would come to stay again in a larger room. Room was compact and had everything I needed. It was clean. Very good location. STaff were all congenial and pleasant.

A single room that is as small as this one was can cause claustrophobia over ten days of stay. The bed was too near the window and when the weather was bad I was cold. You should offer larger rooms for singles on a longer stay. I would have been happy to pay extra but no one told me. I found it hard to hear CNN as it had a quieter audio setting than the other stations. More movies and interesting programs needed. Single people do not stay out late into the night so they some entertainment in their room for evening.

A pleasant stay, although not getting a hot water thermos flask in the room was rather disconcertingly different from service we have become accustomed to receiving even at 2 star hotels in other countries. We had only a 200ml container, and had to personally go down 6 floors everytime we needed hot water.Wished they had a flask for us to borrow during our stay. (97836071)

Excellent front desk staff, especially the pleasant,very friendly and helpful Oriental lady at the reception counter..patient too, smiles a lot ( unusual in many French hotel staff) goes the second mile for guests.Clean and central, very walkable to many "must- sees" in Paris

None that we can think of ...except the room would benefit from a refitting ( especially new wall paper) to match the bathroom which was a well renovated one.
