Hotel Opera Comique

Overall good value for money. A quiet street in a central location. We felt quite secure there. (107216281)

Helpful staff, good breakfast, clean rooms (spacious for Paris), excellent location.

Booking was made for 1 adult + 1 child, but the hotel received that as 1 adult only. (The hotel sorted that out, so that was good.) An uncleaned room was given to us, but the hotel staff changed that when I pointed it out (with profuse apologies, which was refreshing). The room safe was not working, shower was hand-held only, the TV channels were limited, and some power points and lights didn't work. Maintenance seemed to be forgotten.
