Rude way of checking customers out the room. Door shut by reception right on top of 12noon, the checkout time. Too much money charged for late check out.

Our room was clean and very comfortable with excellent facilities, also it was very close to the metro train system.

The television did not have an English channel and also you could not use an european travel plug.
