positive comments Nice setting and practical layout.
negative comments Staff ill mannered and un supportive when client was ill and desperately needed assistance (Tuesday 23/09/08). Receptionist arranged taxi for Wed morning 24/09/08 and the taxi cheated client with fare - obviously outside of her control, bujt she must know this. (E30.00 to airport)
