We were very satisfied with the accommodation and service from the staff. We also enjoyed being close to the main tourist attractions, the tram and train. However, carrying suitcases up all those steps was a bit of a challenge! (97517314)

Good central location, staff were generally helpful.

Small hot room, bed and pillows were not that comfortable. Lifts only went between level 1 and 2 1/2 so you had to walk a number of flights of stairs if on level 3 which is not so good with a baby and pram.
