Das Hotel lag zentral in der Stadt

Das Personal reagierte auf Fragen und Anliegen wenig kompetent. Das Zimmer wurde während dem Aufenthalt nie gereinigt, was laut Personal normal sei! Die Tiefgarage war sehr dunkel und unübersichtlich, die Ausgänge waren schlecht zu sehen und die meisten verschlossen! Um mit dem Auto hinaus- bzw. hineinfahren zu können, brauchte man einen elektronischen Türöffner der jedesmal wieder an der Reception abgegeben werden musste. Dies war umständlich und mühsam.

I didn't really dislike anything but felt that the apartment kitchen could have been better equipped. No toasting rack in microwave, lack of china. Also the extractor fans in bathroom didn't work.

1. The room was not yet ready when we arrived (at 6:00 pm). 2. The air conditioner in the room did not work (and we had to open the windows and put up with the street noise). 3. The hotel did give us a wake-up call as was requested. Overall bad service.

Nous avion une panne assez negligable dans notre chambre et le personel do l

the poor ratings reflect the hotel's attempt to put us in a room with a sofa-bed, which we were expected to make up each day! This despite booking a superior suite. We insisted on the room we booked which was provided but the feeling persists they were trying to pull a fast one. The room was not serviced during our stay, this was not clear from the website.
