bedroom was very cosy and the decor excellent.

Not really a bad point, but it was too hot in the room. We slept with the window open.

the staff were friendly and professional. A key problem was that right outside our window there was a large family gathering-a meal lasting until midnight-it looks like someone's back yard but it is right underneath the windows of the guests. It was impossible to sleep and closing the windows was out because of no air conditioning--other than that problem the hotel is a good option

Good location

Room not clean on arrival, but recitified when we complained, were offered another room, Poor sound proofing between rooms.

Only staying one night the accommodation was fine staff were nice bedding was clean and the night porter very obliging. We would not hestitate to book this hotel again or recommend this hotel to our friends and family. (97293404)

Unfortunately the bathroom door didn't shut and although we have been married for over 30 years we still like our privacy when using the toilet! We however kept the door shut with our foot. The bed was my husband thought in need of renewal as it sagged in the middle. I am sure that if we had been staying here longer the staff would have willingly solved these few minor problems,as they seemed very helpful.

all hotel staff very helpful

The hotel I think needs updating, no hairdryers in rooms and really old music at breakfast time not really music to get up and start the day with. Staff are helpful and polite. (99406797)

It is convenient to the airport for the late flights

No offer of anything to eat or drink on our arrival just as a courtessey or even a pre booked opportunity
