The hotel is representative, clean, nice area, rooms ar good.

The room service did not function, breakfast was ordered, but did not arrive. When I called, the kitchen said they had much to do. That is bad service and resulted in me coming too late to a meeting I should been in. Also, what they served was not what I booked!

Receptionist on both check in and departure appeared extremely snooty. Did not smile once nor make any attempt to make us welcome or ask if we had enjoyed our stay. It's these little things that make a difference! (99178225)
