Very clean, very spacious room with all amenities. Pleasant, helpful receptionists when booking in and out.

No bad points but I feel that amenities like access to the gym, internet, films on TV possibly increase the price of one's stay and would probably not be used if only staying for one night. However, I'm sure they would be perhaps be most welcome for a longer stay or if the weather was bad.

Not as good as in the past. We have stayed at the Suitehotel twice a year (between one and three nights) for the past five years. The cost has increased from 82 Euros last November to 106 Euros this time - we will be looking at other hotels in the Calais area for our next visit in December - to compare prices on a like for like basis. Central light not working, hair dryer not working. Room had not been cleaned when we arrived at about 1.30pm. This, fortunately, did not matter as we just dropped off our luggage and left to go shopping.

lovely sized rooms

Drinks availabilty in the bar is too limited - no Cointreau or Grande Marnier and no fresh lemons to flavour water. Otherwise, we have no other problems with this hotel. (97098786)

Space in the main room and the bathroom - shower for me and bath for my wife.

The toilet room was on the small side for me. I am disabled and had difficulty bending over. I will seek a larger toilet room in future.

The hotel was in a good position,staff very friendly.There should be more facilities for children and teenagers.When I booked it said billards and snooker room,but when I got there the receptionist said there was no such room.I did email my complaint but got no reply.Also in our room there were two packets of biscuits,one had already been open.Only two tea bags were left.Really not enough for four people.It also said free crossiants and beverages,this was not on offer either.It wasnt the relaxing evening I thought I was going to have,and I would like compensated as I didnt get what I paid for. didnt get what I paid for.No snooker room for teenagers no free snacks.The reason I booked was because two of my children would have something to do at night.I ended up taking them bowling which wasnt cheap.
