your exchange rate GB pounds to euros was extortionate having the monopoly on all things i think ACTUAL exchange rates would be in order. more variety in the breakfast fruit please, having only melon available is unfortunate if do not like melon

Make sure you have directions to the hotel as our map was poor and we got lost 10km from the hotel in the middle of the night. Also We had the buffet meal in the hotel at 9 oclock by which time the food was not as hot as I would have liked it, and the restuarant area was cold and empty. There was no shower cap in the bathroom which I found irritating as I could have brought one. The room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle bus to and from Disney is excellent. (97816600)

the themed reception area is very attractive

I found the general open areas of the hotel cold possibly due to the large glass areas and the fact that the weather was very bad.

Everything was clear on the net while booking and everything went very well and easy. (97044732)

The accommodation was super for families and children

That the restaurants used to close a bit early and we could not find something to eat when we came back late to the hotel. Also the lighting in the rooms was too low.
