This hotel was excellent. It was really clean and tidy, and it provided customers the essential facilities to make the stay a comfortable and pleasant one. The rooms are neatly and stylishly decorated, and they are very clean. The bed was enormous, and really comfortable -the ideal place to rest after a long day walking the streets of Dublin. The room has also tea & coffee facilities, ironing facilities and a hair-drier, and plenty of toiletries. Air conditioning is also provided; at first it was a bit difficult to set, but once we got the hang of it, it worked fine. The check-in and check-out processes were absolutely fine, no problems at all -it was as easy as falling off a log :). The hotel staff was really friendly, they were all the time trying to make us feel comfortable, and even though they were foreigners like us, they had appropriate notions of English to understand and make themselves understood. The hotel is very well located, in a quiet and safe area 5-7 minutes walking far from O'Connell Bridge. However, if you do not like walking very much, there are loads of bus stops right across the street. Of course,we will be staying at Comfort Inn Granby Row again! (97242344)

Really nice rooms, very high standard, exceptionally clean, maids were great and very efficient at restocking tea, coffee, soap etc. Beautiful views from rooms too. Hotel was only built in 2007 and it shows as it is lovely. Great food in the bar downstairs too...i recommend the mexican salad yum ;-) (97492564)

I was very surprised by the hotel. It was very clean and friendly and the food was excellent. The rooms were lovely and the staff was friendly. I stayed with 5 other adults and all were impressed by the hotel. (97286799)

The staff were extremely friendly and polite, particularly the cleaning staff who went out of their way to help us. The hotel is practically brand new, so everything is clean and in good condition. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay that isn't too expensive (which most places in Dublin are). (97527832)

The rooms are extremely clean and are brand new. The bed was large and comfortable.

There was no DVD player yet in the room, but it was advertised on the website where we made our booking. The handle on the shower door was on backwards, making it extremely difficult to open the shower door when you were inside the shower.
