The process of having to pay for the breakfast at the servery isn't as good as getting b&b included, partly as there is less flexibility and also possibly the value e.g. for

Reception staff tried to be helpful

Really bad stains (red ink??) on furniture and carpet Room was not cleaned / bed made on the last day Staff shortages on reception Room key had to be reprogrammed every day

GOOD AFTER BOOK IN THEY WERE HELPFUL WITH BUS INFO ETC. (99648120)

WE ARRIVED AT 2.40 AND WERE TOLD TO GO AND HAVE COFFEE UNTIL 3PM AS ROOM WASN'T AVAIBLE UNTIL THEN.... REALLY NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT...
