My room overlooked a courtyard in which rather drunk people sat and talked into the early hours, but the windows were double glazed so closing them helped a lot.

friendly and approachable staff, lovely rooms, the layout of the hotel is very unique.

Overall the hotel was fantastic there was one unfortuate incident which was unforseen but could have been remedied if prepared for. The hotel was quite clean it was just ruined by the dishes out side which I seen as unhygienic. When I could not get any help a security staff memebr helped me to get some dinner as I was feeling sick and it was on the house so they quickly fixed my problem. I did get the feeling that the hotel is not normally like this and I would certainly stay there again. The hotel was good and they do make you feel special. (99425189)

Very clen in the bedrooms and well maintained. All the facilities were good and when we had food it was delicious. All the staff were fantastic!

We arrived on the Saturday and there were dishes outside our room they will still there on Monday morning! We had to que for breakfast one morning and the chef hurt themself and we could not get any food. I was annoyed they did not prepare for this!

Very relaxing stay. Leisure centre very good. Staff excellent. A bit outside City Centre but I would definitely stay there again. (99499896)

Lovely modern hotel, very nice foyee with friendly staff. We had the lunch carvery and it was excellent as well as a great spread on for breakfast. Overall liked the feel of this hotel, rooms were lovely, modern decor and comfy bed. We didn't have time to use the leisure facilities, but will on our next visit. (99861305)
