so close to Abuferia old town, and easy local parking. We would return to this hotel without any worries a very pleasent stay.

only the one thing that the shower was not attached to the wall, so you had to shower with one hand holding the shower head.

great value, basic but spotlessley clean with friendly helpful staff in good location 5 mins walk to old town square and beach, hotel is set on hill which some may find difficult but was not a real problem.we went room only basis but there are two bars over the road which serve food all day and a full english breakfast for 4 euro. The hotel is in a great position for the old town and access to the beaches. It is popular with groups of both Spanish and Portugues students who arrive ot the wekend and are there to party. The hallways are not carpeted so the noise of doors and footsteps could be considered intrusive but this did not present us a problem. Breakfast is adequate but very basic and the better alternative is available across the street at Merlins (full English 3.50 euros). Finding the hotel by car and then parking is a pain but once you know the way you will be ok. (99202748)

Overall, our stay was really good, and we would go there again. We found the rooms really hot which was the only downfall, and breakfast could've been a little better, but it's still good value for money, and great location in Albufiera. (99246032)

Staff, especially the Bar tender! It was perfectly located near the beach and entertainment. Good value for money.

Nothing really, only the Air Conditioning facilities could be improved in the rooms. Breakfast could also be more varied.
