room was clean but we did not think the service from staff was up to much. must say we missed having a cooked breakfast (107137248)

room & bathroom very clean

Room was not serviced during our stay - i.e. towels were not changed without me havin to go and ask, bins were not emptied the whole stay, cups etc werent cleaned or replaced. Continental b/fast was just cereal, fruit, croissants or toast and therefore got a bit monotonous! some light bulds needed replacing. TV in room got very poor reception and we couldnt watch it (my hubby missed watchin the news)

Close to stadium

Check in was restricted to between 12-5 a call had to be made to arrange later check in except the hotel was difficult to contact, parking was taken up by members of staff and there are only 2 spaces. The shower in room 2 had no hot water, the tv also did not work. The sign in bedrooms states used towels to be left in shower for collection, this was not done nor were the room tea and coffee supplies restocked and dirty cups were left so by the 2nd morning they has stuck to each other. The hotel offered no hot breakfast and cold breakfast was only available between 8 - 9 at the weekend a time restriction i could understand if someone had to cook! The final straw was that i had to pay using the card used on internet to reserve the booking, no alternative could be accepted by the hotel, I found this very inconvenient.

the hardwares are at least ok, not any problem. Performance of staff is fantastic. Their colleagues there are very friendly. and the car parking is very easy. Nice Hotel, Nice people!

the web site never said it was not a hotel, there were no facilities to stay in. Also they didn't want credit cards
